$500 Worth Of Alcohol Stolen From Hillsborough Liquor Store

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Theft of alcohol, DWI crashes, and catalytic converter thefts were all reported in the recent Hillsborough Police blotter for the month of May.

On May 3: Three unknown women stole $500 worth of alcohol from Bottle King before fleeing the scene. An investigation is ongoing.

On May 5: A 49-year-old man from Skillman was arrested for driving while intoxicated(DWI) while on a traffic stop on Route 206. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On May 7: A 24-year-old man from Paterson was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Route 206. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On May 8: Colin Colitti, 18, of Middlesex was arrested for DWI while on a motor vehicle crash investigation on River Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On May 9: A resident of Bedminster, age 36, and a resident of Hopatcong, age 33, were found to be in possession of CDS paraphernalia. They were processed and released with Hillsborough Township Municipal Court dates.

On May 12: Amogh Sanjay, 32, of Princeton was arrested for DWI during a motor vehicle crash investigation on Millstone River Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On May 12: Carlos Sabess-Gomez, 33, of Jamesburg was arrested for DWI during a motor vehicle crash investigation on Route 206. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On May 13: A 51-year-old woman from Bonita Springs, Florida was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Route 206. She was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On May 14: A 49-year-old man from Princeton was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Route 206. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On May 17: Nasir Soloman, 19, of East Orange was charged with Hindering after providing a fake name to officers during a traffic stop on Beekman Lane. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On May 18: Several catalytic converters were taken off vehicles in different parts of the town between May 18 and May 24. An investigation is ongoing.

On May 20: A 55-year-old man from Branchburg was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on River Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On May 20: Two vehicles' windows were smashed, and property was removed while parked at Apex Sports Complex. An investigation is ongoing.

On May 27: A 26-year-old man from Hillsborough was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Railsedge Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Courtdate.
