Product Recall for Bindle Bottle Insulated Food and Drink Bottles presenting a health risk due to lead exposure.

Product: Bindle Bottle Insulated Food and Drink Bottles

Hazard: The product presents a health risk as a section of the bottom storage compartment may contain an area of exposed lead. Unpackaged food stored in this section may become adulterated by the lead.

Corrective action: Bindle Bottle have recalled the product from end users. Products were sold on the UK market via Amazon.

Certain models of Bindle Bottle may contain an area of exposed lead located in the bottom storage compartment of the bottle. Unpackaged food stored in the bottom storage compartment of the bottle may have been adulterated by the lead and could pose short- and long-term health problems to people or animals eating the adulterated food.

The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
